All of a sudden my default download folder for attachments is My Documents. How do I change this back to a folder of my choice? Next time you download something, navigate to the folder of your choice and save it there. Next time you download something, it will start with the last location you saved in.

I can choose save to a file and it uses the current download directory of 'd:\download' by default with no problem, so somewhere a copy of the old download folder is being stored and not updated. This is possibly a problem in other versions, I haven't tried them. Brodie.

I there any way to change the default folder when you want to download or save a file using IE 3.02? It seems my default is my desktop folder. I have to change it to c:\download each time I start IE 3.02 then it stays there untill I restart IE again? I known in CompuServe you can set the default download folder.
